Service Agreement

Service Hours

Our services are available daily from 7 am to 9 pm. Requests for service outside these hours may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Service Area

While we strive to serve a broad area, certain locations may be outside of our service range. Please confirm service availability for your location when scheduling.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled via our website https://www.shermanoaksmobileautoglass.com/ or by phone. We understand plans can change, however, we request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Pricing and Payments

Prices for auto glass repair and windshield replacement will vary depending on the vehicle make, model, and the nature of the work required. A quote will be provided after a preliminary assessment. Payment is due upon completion of the service.

Warranty

We offer a warranty on our workmanship and materials. This warranty is valid as long as you own or lease the vehicle and covers any defects in materials or workmanship. Damage resulting from vandalism, accidents, or natural disasters is not covered.

Liability

Sherman Oaks Mobile Auto Glass is not responsible for damage that occurs as a result of pre-existing conditions of the vehicle, including rust or structural defects. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement work carried out.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for removing any personal belongings from the vehicle before service. Sherman Oaks Mobile Auto Glass will not be responsible for the loss or damage of personal items left in the vehicle.

Insurance Claims

We can assist with insurance claims however, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their insurance policy covers our services. We can provide the necessary documentation for insurance purposes upon request.

Safety

Post-service, it is advised to wait at least one hour before driving the vehicle to allow for the proper setting of adhesives and materials used. Instructions provided by the technician must be followed to ensure the safety and longevity of the repair or replacement.

Use of Customer Feedback

We may use customer feedback or reviews in our promotional materials or on our website. However, personal information will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed without consent.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Sherman Oaks Mobile Auto Glass reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective once posted on our website.
